On June 1, 2015, Canadian Storage Investment Trust (“CSIT”) purchased units held by West Hill Storage Inc. in Scarborough Self-Storage Partnership and a loan that was owing by Scarborough Self-Storage Partnership to West Hill.

Gowlings advised CSIT in this acquisition with a team that included Myron Dzulynsky and Neeta Sahadev.
