Cisco acquires Embrane

On April 13, 2015, Cisco Systems, Inc. completed the acquisition of Embrane, Inc., a provider of a lifecycle-management platform for application-centric network services.

Gowlings was Canadian employment counsel to Cisco in this transaction with a team led by Hugh Christie and that included Geoff Howard, Edward Majewski and Michael Comartin.
