PowerStream Energy Services acquires condominium assets of Smarttec Energy

On April 1, 2015, PowerStream Energy Services Inc. completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Smarttec Energy Inc. for an undisclosed consideration. Those assets consist of metering technology, equipment, contracts and goodwill.

PowerStream is a premium energy services provider . The company provide customers with comprehensive energy services including design, build and operate. Smarttec Energy has been in the business of installing electricity, gas and water meters in new or existing retail and residential buildings and commercial plazas.
