Gowling WLG advises H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company on acquisition of Numeric Machine Company

On July 20, 2016, H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company, backed by The Riverside Company and Hicks Equity Partners, acquired Numeric Machine Company.

H-D is a manufacturer of highly engineered, mission-critical components and was formed in December 2012 as a partnership between The Riverside Company and Hicks Equity Partners.

Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Numeric serves the oil & gas and mining industries, furnishing machining services. Its products include mandrels, housings, thrust bearings, thrust chambers, shaft drives and other related components used in downhole drilling motors.
