Gowling WLG advised Orefinders Resources on royalty streaming and secured debenture financing.

On August 29, 2016, Orefinders Resources Inc. (TSXV: ORX) announced that it had entered into a royalty streaming agreement and secured debenture financing to provide the funding to commence its Mirado Mine Stockpile project in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

Orefinders is a junior gold exploration company that engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties in Canada.

Gowling WLG advised Orefinders with a team led by Henry Harris that included Leslie Blumer, Brett Kagetsu and Bennett Wong.
