Gowling WLG advises Nothing But Nature on its acquisition by GreenSpace Brands

On January 18, 2017, Nothing But Nature Inc. was acquired by GreenSpace Brands Inc. The value of the transaction is undisclosed.

GreenSpace Brands is a Canadian-based brand ideation team that develops, markets and sells premium natural food products to consumers across Canada.

Nothing But Nature produces and supplies organic beverages and is the owner of the Kiju juice brand.

Gowling WLG advised Nothing But Nature Inc. with a team led by Thomas Hunter that included David Isern, John Durdan, Bettina Burgess, Rose Johnson and David Petras.
