InterRent announces $53.75 million acquisition in Montréal

On Sept. 14, 2017, InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: IIP.UN) acquired two neighbouring high-rise apartments located at 2121 and 2255 rue Saint Mathieu in Montréal, Quebec. The properties were purchased for $53,753,725.

InterRent is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust engaged in increasing unitholder value and creating a growing and sustainable distribution through the acquisition and ownership of multi-residential properties.
