Adventus Zinc enters into option agreement and exploration alliance with Salazar Resources

On Sept. 14, 2017, Adventus Zinc Corporation (TSXV: ADZN) and Salazar Resources Limited (TSXV: SRL) announced that they had entered into a definitive option agreement whereby Adventus may earn a 75% interest in Salazar's Curipamba Project (the "Project") located in Ecuador by funding exploration and development expenditures of US$25 million over the next five years. Both companies have also formed an exclusive exploration alliance to explore for additional zinc-related deposits in Ecuador outside of the Project area.

Gowling WLG advised Salazar Resources with respect to both the option agreement and the exploration agreement with a team that was led by France Tenaille and that included Brett Kagetsu, Irene Stewart and Raymond Ong (corporate) and Brent Kerr (tax).
