On March 1, 2018, Alpine Insurance & Financial Inc. successfully acquired Canadian Commercial Insurance Inc.

Alpine Insurance & Financial is an independent insurance broker based in Calgary, Alberta. Canadian Commercial Insurance is a small full service P & C brokerage located in Lethbridge.
