On May 25, 2018, BlockchainK2 Corp. (formerly Africa Hydrocarbons Inc.) (TSXV: BITK) announced that it had completed its previously announced "Change of Business" transaction. 

BlockchainK2 subsequently listed as a "Tier 2" technology issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange and trading in its common shares commenced on May 31, 2018.

BlockchainK2 operates as a blockchain technology company, with its initial business being cryptocurrency mining.
