Bonduelle acquires Canadian Del Monte® processed fruit and vegetable business from Conagra Brands

On July 3, 2018, Bonduelle Canada Inc., a subsidiary of France-based Bonduelle SA (ENXTPA: BON), completed its approximately $43 million acquisition of the Canadian Del Monte processed fruit and vegetable business of Conagra Brands, Inc. (NYSE: CAG).

Bonduelle Canada Inc., based in Quebec, processes and markets canned and frozen vegetables.

Gowling WLG advised Bonduelle Canada Inc. in this acquisition with a team led by Robert Dorion (M&A/commercial) and that included Tiffany Lee Bianchi (M&A/commercial), Pierre Lissoir (competition) and Matthew Finn (IP), with the collaboration of in-house counsel, Mathieu von Websky, Director of Bonduelle Legal Group.
