On  May 18, 2018, Decisive Technologies Inc. and BriteSky Technologies Inc. (collectively "Decisive") were recapitalized and partially sold to Roynat Capital Inc. and Third Century Investment Associates, LP.

Decisive Technologies Inc. is a value-added reseller of IT hardware. BriteSky Technologies Inc. is a managed cloud services provider.
