On September 27, 2018, DuBois Chemicals, Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of TWH Water Treatment Industries, Inc. (“Water Treatment Solutions”), a subsidiary of Triwater Holdings LLC.

DuBois Chemicals is a full service specialty chemical company controlled by Resolute Fund III, L.P. Triwater Holdings is a portfolio company of Edgewater Funds.

US-based Water Treatment Solutions is a leading provider of water treatment program solutions for national, regional and local customers across diverse end markets. The company encompasses the following brands: Nashville Chemical, Klenzoid Canada, Eldon Water and Chemco Products.

Pam  Vermeersch and Cara Stoller of Gowling WLG were Canadian counsel to DuBois Chemicals on this acquisition.
