Echelon Wealth Partners acquires Dundee Securities

On Dec. 14, 2018, Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. ("Echelon") announced that it had acquired Dundee Securities Ltd. from Dundee Global Investment Management Inc.

Echelon is a Canadian independent wealth management and capital markets firm with more than $5 billion in assets under administration and management. Dundee Securities was an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation, a public Canadian independent holding company.
