On June 18, 2018, Elephant Hill Capital Inc. announced that it had completed its initial public offering of common shares and had filed for listing as a Capital Pool Company on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol "EH.P". 

Chippingham Financial Group Limited acted as agent on the offering.
