On April 23, 2018, a team led by Harold Chataway and consisting of Paul Carenza (tax), Henry Harris (securities) and Clifton Prophet (pensions and benefits) acted as Canadian legal counsel on behalf of a syndicate of institutional investors in completing and the initial funding under a US$500 million note purchase facility entered into with an international food processing company.
