Largo Resources completes private placement of US$150 million 9.25% senior secured notes

On May 22, 2018, Largo Resources Ltd. (TSX: LGO) (OTCQB: LGORF) announced the closing of its private placement offering of US$150 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due in 2021. The notes are callable in years 2 and 3, and carry a coupon of 9.25%.

Largo Resources is a Toronto-based strategic mineral company focused on the production of vanadium flake, high purity vanadium flake and high purity vanadium powder at the Maracás Menchen Mine located in Bahia State, Brazil. The company also has interests in a portfolio of other projects elsewhere in Brazil and in Canada.
