On January 2, 2018, MyHealth Partners Inc. acquired the assets of Parkmount Medical Imaging and East Toronto X-Ray Associates Inc., both located at 840 Coxwell Avenue in Toronto.

MyHealth Partners is a diagnostic health facility with locations across Ontario.
