Network Intelligence Inc. bankruptcy proceedings

On Jan. 15, 2018, Network Intelligence Inc., a privately-held British Columbia start-up information technology company, was sold to 1130489 B.C. Ltd. (now known as Netint Technologies Inc.) for $9 million, pursuant to proceedings initiated under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act initiated the previous October.

Deloitte Restructuring Inc. acted as court-appointed receiver and manager of Network Intelligence.

Gowling WLG advised Deloitte with a team that included Colin Brousson and Jonathan Ross (restructuring and insolvency), Michael Schalke and Kristen Cruise (employment) and Laurie Sanderson (real estate).
