On Dec. 13, 2018, PODS Enterprises, LLC, acting through a wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary, acquired the assets of its Edmonton and Winnipeg franchise locations from an arm's length franchisee. 

PODS Enterprises provides moving and storage services to residential, business, and government customers in Canada, the US, Australia, and the UK.
