Waste Management of Canada Corporation ("WMCC") has acquired certain assets of Torcan Waste Management Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario.

WMCC provides waste management and environmental solutions for municipal, commercial and industrial customers in Canada and the US.

Gowling WLG advised WMCC in this acquisition with a team that included Robert Hull, Josh Rosen and Leslie Blumer.
