Effective May 13, 2019, the Canadian subsidiary of apetito AG, the international food business headquartered in Germany, acquired Healthcare Food Services of Ottawa, Ontario, for an undisclosed consideration.

Gowling WLG advised apetito in this acquisition with a team that included Debi Sutin, Pam Vermeersch and Travis Evens (corporate/M&A); Bettina Burgess, Melanie Polowin and Alycia Riley (employment); and Harry Dahme (environmental).
