Bombardier sells aerospace tubing division to LAUAK Group of France

On September 21, 2018, Bombardier Inc. completed the sale of its aerospace tubing division in Mirabel, Quebec to LAUAK Group of France. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

LAUAK, based in Ayherre, France, manufactures and supplies aircraft parts and structures. The company operates five factories in France and one in Portugal. This new acquisition brings its total number of factories to six.

Bombardier Inc., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and sells transportation equipment worldwide.
