On Sept. 4, 2019, Canada's largest volume photography company Edge Imaging Inc. announced the acquisition of Added Touch Photo. Added Touch brings more than 70 accounts, primarily fall school photos, graduates, sports organizations, dance companies, and yearbooks in the Rockland/Ottawa area.

Gowling WLG advised Edge Imaging in this transaction with a team that included Derek Keay, Christina Grimes and Bryinne McCoy (corporate/M&A) and Melanie Polowin (employment).
