Gowling WLG advises IM Properties in relation to its new employment park at Junction 11 M42

Gowling WLG has advised IM Properties in relation to the development of DSV's new 450,000 sq. ft. flagship campus at its new high quality employment park at Junction 11 of the M42.



DSV, one of the largest freight forwarders in the world, will be joining Jaguar Land Rover at the employment park following IM Properties' recent pre-let to Jaguar Land Rover of a circa 3,000,000 sq. ft. logistics campus at the same site. The campus will supply circa eighty markets worldwide.

The multi-disciplinary advisory team at Gowling WLG that advised on the deal comprised Mike Trainer and Andrew Bennett (real estate), Mark Stephenson and Louisa McMurdo (construction), Toni Weston (planning), Chris Nyland (tax) and Rebecca Finding (corporate).
