InterRent acquires Le Nouveau Colisée in $69 million transaction

On July 12, 2019, InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: IIP.UN) acquired Le Nouveau Colisée, a mixed use high-rise located at 235 Sherbrooke Street West in Montréal, Quebec. The property was purchased for $69 million.

InterRent is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust engaged in increasing unitholder value and creating a growing and sustainable distribution through the acquisition and ownership of multi-residential properties.
