InterRent REIT acquires Hampstead Towers in Montréal

On June 26, 2019, InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: IIP.UN) acquired Hampstead Towers, a mixed-use property at 5465 Queen Mary Road in Montréal, Quebec. The property was purchased for $38,360,000.

InterRent is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust engaged in increasing unitholder value and creating a growing and sustainable distribution through the acquisition and ownership of multi-residential properties.
