On Feb. 11, 2019, Kriska Transportation Group Ltd. ("KTG") announced its acquisition of Icon Transportation Logistics Ltd. of Puslinch, Ontario, a company which offers domestic and cross-border truckload and expedited services.

KTG is a transportation and logistics company based in Prescott, Ontario.
