On March 21, 2019, Sarah Chown, a minority shareholder of Métropolitain Brasserie, acquired an additional 40% equity interest in the company. With this acquisition Ms. Chown now holds a 50% stake.

Métropolitain Brasserie is located in the Byward Market neighbourhood of Ottawa, Ontario.
