Novatech acquires Laurier

On October 25, 2019, Novatech Group Inc. announced the purchase of glass products manufacturer Laurier. Laurier will now be known as Laurier Architectural.

Novatech, based in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, is a manufacturer of steel entry doors, door glass, patio doors and insulating glass. Laurier is a third-generation family business located in Laurier-Station in the Quebec City area. This transaction is the result of a growth plan that will unite the strengths of both companies in the high-rise, commercial and glass markets.
