Pleatco completes cross-border acquisition of Milton Manufacturing

On March 18, 2019, Align Capital Partners announced that its portfolio company Pleatco, LLC had acquired Milton Manufacturing Inc.

Pleatco, based in Glen Cove, New York, develops, manufactures and commercializes water filtration systems.

Milton Manufacturing provides metal and fabric solutions for the defense, automotive, aerospace, heavy truck, rail, agriculture and energy industries. Milton services customers in Canada and the US from its facility in Milton, Ontario.
