On March 20, 2019, KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: KLXE) announced that it had acquired Tecton Energy Services.

Tecton Energy Services engages in managing operations and providing testing services to companies that engage in oil and gas exploration and production activities.
