On August 31, 2020, Varigate Technologies acquired Canadian Casing Accessories Inc. ("CCAI"), continuing its expansion in the oil and gas sector. 

Varigate Technologies is a Calgary-based industrial distribution and manufacturer that serves companies in a wide variety of industries throughout North America. CCAI provides high quality float equipment, centralizers, and other cementing tools to drillers across Western Canada. Following this transaction CCAI's organizational structure and operations remained the same.

Lorne Rollheiser, Martin Mix and Adriana da Silva Bellini advised the shareholders of CCAI with respect to this transaction.
