Crawford & Company sells 51% interest in Crawford Compliance

On June 1, 2020, Crawford & Company (Canada) Inc. sold its 51% interest in Crawford Compliance Inc. to a third party in exchange for a note receivable. Crawford Compliance was subsequently re-branded as Entuitive Compliance Inc.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD-A and CRD-B) is the world’s largest publicly listed independent provider of claims management solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities.
