Cross Border Capital I Inc. completes CPC IPO

On December 22, 2020, Cross Border Capital I Inc. (TSXV: CBX.P) announced that it had completed its initial public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of $300,000 and that its common shares had commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Haywood Securities Inc. acted as agent on a best efforts basis for the offering.

Cross Border Capital I is a capital pool company ("CPC") and intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to identify and evaluate assets or businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a Qualifying Transaction under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
