Capital markets team advises on Altus Strategies PLC's US$26.1 million fundraising

Our Capital Markets team has advised dual listed UK mining royalty company Altus Strategies PLC on its $26.1 million placing and subscription.

Existing investor La Mancha has invested a further $6.9 million to maintain its 35.08% stake in the company, while Altus directors and officers participated in the subscription to the total of $0.7 million. The funds raised will go towards the acquisition of a diversified and gold focused portfolio up to 24 royalties in Australia and Cote d'Ivoire from Newcrest Mining Limited and general corporate purposes .

The team was comprised of capital markets and natural resources partner Charles Bond as well as legal director Sue Johnston, associate Hannah Shamsolmaali, and trainee solicitor Hannah Barnett.
