On May 14, 2021, North American private equity firm Newlook Capital Inc. ("Newlook") announced that its main dental acquisition vehicle and management company, Dentalook Management Co., had completed the purchase of substantially all of the assets of Mandeep Atwal Dentistry Professional Corporation, a dental clinic in Toronto, Ontario.
