In February 2021, e2ip technologies, a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Smart Surface solutions innovation leader, announced its acquisition of Serious Integrated, Inc., a leading provider of industrial, medical, and commercial touch screen HMI-IoT solutions.

Serious Integrated, based in Arizona, is a portfolio company of McRock Capital, a dedicated Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) VC Fund.

Gowling WLG acted as Canadian counsel to McRock Capital with respect to this transaction with a team led by Derek Keay.
