The funds team at Gowling WLG has advised Urban Logistics REIT, the AIM listed urban logistics property investor, on its £108.3 million fundraising by way of a placing and PrimaryBid offer. Urban Logistics REIT specialises in providing properties that enable businesses to operate modern distribution networks capable of responding to the challenges created by e-commerce and evolving infrastructure demands.
