On December 2, 2021, InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: IIP.UN) completed the acquisition of 3655 Papineau Avenue, an apartment building located in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough in Montréal, for a purchase price of $34 million. 

Gowling WLG advised InterRent with respect to this acquisition with a team led by Pierre-André Hamel, and that also included Fabienne Racicot, Tamar Chamelian and Martine Robert.
