On March 8, 2021, Lobe Sciences Ltd. (CSE: LOBE) (OTC Pink: GTSIF), a life sciences company focused on psychedelic medicines, announced that it had completed the previously announced sale to Ionic Brands Corp. of Lobe's non-core cannabis assets relating to Washington-based Cowlitz County Cannabis Cultivation Inc. held by Lobe's subsidiary vendor, Green Star Biosciences Inc.
