On October 1, 2021, MacEwen Petroleum Inc. announced the expansion of its western Ontario footprint through the acquisition of Jack Smith Fuels Ltd. in Tilbury, Ontario. 

Founded in 1970, Jack Smith Fuels has a long-standing history of providing exceptional service to the people and businesses of Windsor/Essex County, Chatham/Kent and surrounding areas. 

MacEwen Petroleum is a leading Canadian independent fuel and convenience provider headquartered in Maxville, Ontario.
