In December 2021, NAV CANADA sold its 50% stake in Searidge Technologies Inc.

Searidge, based in Nepean, Ontario, develops innovative technology to improve safety and efficiency in the aviation market. The company is a leading global provide of Remote Tower and Airport Surface Optimization solution. 

NAV CANADA is a private, not-for-profit company, established in 1996, providing air traffic control, airport advisory services, weather briefings and aeronautical information services for more than 18 million square kilometres of Canadian domestic and international airspace.
