Gowling WLG advised senior lenders on secondary LBO financing of Hussor

On December 1, 2021, Hussor was the subject of a secondary LBO in order to finance its growth. This Alsatian company founded more than thirty years ago specializes in formwork solutions for building and public works.

The funds Croissance 2 (managed by Capital Grand Est) and Bpifrance Capital 1 (managed by Bpifrance Investissement) participated in this operation by taking a stake in the holding company of Hussor and granting it bond financing.

The senior financing of the operation was arranged by Caisse d'Épargne et de Prévoyance Grand Est Europe, the banking pool being completed by Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, Banque Kolb and Société Générale.

Gowling WLG advised the senior lenders with partner Danhoé Reddy-Girard and associate Wendy Au.

The funds were represented by Orion law firm, with partner Olivier Bilger, and associate Adeline Bezault), and the managers, by Prad law firm with partner Jessica Hess, partner.
