Terminix acquires Canada-based pest control division of Citron Hygiene

On April 30, 2021, Terminix Canada Ltd. acquired the pest control division of Canada-based Citron Hygiene, including employees and assets in Canada, the US and the UK. As a result of the acquisition, Terminix Canada has become the country's third largest pest management company.

Terminix Canada is a subsidiary of Terminix Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TMX), a US-based company that provides residential and commercial termite and pest management services.
