On September 1, 2021, Terminix Canada acquired Environmental Pest Control headquartered in Newmarket, Ontario.

Terminix Canada is a subsidiary of Terminix Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TMX), a US-based company that provides residential and commercial termite and pest management services.
