On September 15, 2021, Jonathan Neff, Lavender Neff and Clayton Crockett acquired shares of XACT Installs Ltd., a Cranbrook, British Columbia-based company which installs overhead patient lifts in healthcare facilities throughout Western Canada, from Michiel Van Der Velden, Lanna Jean Van Der Velden and Todd Linski.  

Zafar Jaffer and Simanpreet Panaych of Gowling WLG advised the buyers in this transaction. Scott McLeman and Chris Dennehy of Gowling WLG assisted the buyers with lender financing on the transaction.
