On December 22, 2022, 9479-5861 Quebec Inc., operating in the production and sale of baked goods in Quebec, acquired assets of Raymond Chabot Inc. acting in its capacity as trustee in the bankruptcy of Pâtisserie Gaudet Inc., a baked goods producer located in Quebec.
