The capital markets team at Gowling WLG has advised AfriTin Mining Limited (AIM: ATM), an African tech-metals mining company on a $22.8 million placing and subscription. AfriTin has a strong portfolio of mining and exploration assets in Namibia and plans to utilise the funds to, amongst other things, accelerate its work programme and the development of lithium and tantalum pilot plants.
