On May 5, 2022, California-based education cloud software company PowerSchool Holdings Inc. announced that it had acquired Chalk.com Education Inc. ("Chalk.com").

Chalk.com, headquartered in Kitchener, Ontario, offers an integrated K-12 curriculum analytics platform.
